The project content

When I first saw the newsletter, I came up with a lot of novel ideas, but when it came time to implement them, I decided to focus on a topic that was relevant to me.As for the development course of my study and work, it is a different direction from ordinary people.I think that while I am gradually getting away from pure art and design, I have a deeper understanding of them from the side.So I thought maybe I could use my brief experience of studying and working to form a map to show you this short but wonderful journey of art.

the start of my dream and choose.a little city in Jiangsu.About 360,000 students in Jiangsu take the gaokao, a university qualification exam, every year, 17 % of whom choose to take the art exam. In 2016, the number of people taking the art exam decreased by 14.5 % because of the increased requirement for students’ artistic ability.

In the first map of my life I was under the wing of my parents, leading a monotonous and regular life, learning the traditional rudiments of painting.
There was a turning point in my life, when I went to study in Italy alone.
Italy taught me a lot of things, laid a very good foundation for my thinking about the future, and gave me the ability to live independently and a gradually mature sense of beauty.
I think I learned three important things.

1. The pace of life does not need to be questioned by others. Don’t hesitate to change when you want to.
2. Go to a strange place, crying is useless, asking for help is not necessarily useful, the important thing is calm thinking.
3. When you find a piece of work ugly, it can only show that your aesthetic has not reached the height to understand its beauty.

Shanghai is an important part of my life. Although in the past it was the place where I spent the least time, I think in the future it will be the main place for me to work and strive.
Lilith Games, where I worked as an intern, is a young independent game company with a very modern management style.
Pay attention to the same treatment of all employees, and give interns the same treatment and work pressure as regular employees.
Here I began to consider the practicality and commercialization of design, and gradually realized that what the art school gave me during my undergraduate years was not so practical.
Sometimes, we who have just graduated tend to be too idealistic, so that we can not get the favor of capital and market users. This further confirms my idea of going to Britain for further study even during the epidemic period.
