The ten design skills in this book are summarized in a very comprehensive way, among which the fifth one I agree with most is timely communication. Before absorbing this point, my working partners and I always need to revise our design drafts repeatedly to push forward the design schedule, which shortens the time of making samples and mass production, and also increases the production cost. As a result of my adjustments in accordance with this fifth recommendation, we have reformulated the way we work. Before each draft and detailed idea is implemented, a group discussion meeting is required to evaluate and update the current information by the group members. For example, during the draft discussion, different opinions were put forward by the team members, and different versions were made in the next step. After experiments, the progress was doubled.
